Users

In this section, we'll go over email lists, end-users, contacts, leads, orders, and the difference between them.

Email lists

Access email lists from Users → Email lists

Email lists are meant to provide easy access to different types of users. All of them can be downloaded in CSV format, or you can directly send targeted emails from the admin panel as shown below.

  • Newsletter - This is a list of leads, that have subscribed for a newsletter. It does not include unsubscribed contacts.
  • User message - This is a list of all signed users. It does not include unsubscribed contacts.
  • Leads - This is a list of clients that have completed and paid for products/services on Your site. This list only includes contact information of customers, that have a user profile or have signed up for a newsletter and have not unsubscribed for emails.
  • Abandoned carts - This is a list of clients that have completed but have not paid for products/services on Your site. This list only includes contact information of customers, that have a user profile or have signed up for a newsletter and have not unsubscribed for emails.

User accounts

User accounts show all registered users. If a user has at least one purchase (includes booking for a service), the profile will be clickable and will lead to the lead page of the user.

Leads

Leads are the buyer profiles of each user. They include data for registered and NOT registered users, their order history, bookings, and more.

Unsubscribed emails

Unsubscribed emails are users that have declined to receive emails from your site. They are automatically substrated from the downloadable email lists.

Email settings

You can customize the automatic emails the system sends to your users from Users → Email settings.

The emails that could be customized are the following:

  • Welcome email
  • Staff member confirmation
  • Reset password (follow link to reset password)
  • Password reset (for successfully reset passwords)
  • Newsletter (sent to you, not the client)
  • Message mail
  • Account confirmation
  • Claim from a user
  • Claim to admin (sent to you, not the client)
  • Cancel
  • Booking
  • Order
